Project Manager:
Project Managers are responsible for the overall project or projects that are assigned to them. He or She is responsible for maintaining RTD high standards of quality, safety, customer satisfaction and project performance. Project Managers are expected to oversee the project, manage project administrative staff and work closely with the project superintendent. He or She will be responsible for purchase orders, subcontracts, project schedule, project safety, cost control, change orders, payment applications, and dealing with the owner and engineer. Work with the project superintendent to establish construction methods, techniques and develop and implement safety procedures.

 

Assistant Project Manager / Field Engineer:
Assistant Project Manger / Field Engineer works closely with the project manager and project superintendent to handle onsite administrative items such as cost reporting, material purchasing & tracking, review & tracking of shop drawings & submittals, updating of project schedule, scheduling subcontractors and material suppliers. Assist with layout of structures and upkeep of as-built information.

 

Estimator:
Estimator is responsible for quantity take-off of projects contacting vendors and subcontractors, reviewing vendor and subcontractor quotes for compliance with project plans and specifications and attending pre-bid meetings, site preview and preparation of bid.

 

Superintendent:
Superintendent has experience with all aspects of Water and Wastewater Treatment facilities and is responsible for quality control and safety of overall project. The scheduling of subcontractors and hiring of manpower to keep the project on time and budget. Assist the project manager with developing the project schedule and construction methods to make the project profitable and adhere to RTD Constructions high standards of quality and safety.
